Thank you for visiting the website. As an introduction, my name is Jennifer Young. I have lived in southeastern North Carolina (Wilmington area) for eleven years and love every aspect of it. From the people, to the weather, to everything it has to offer. And while it has a lot to offer, I'd like to add a little something to that list.

My mother, having been raised on a farm, was exposed to the freshest of ingredients and my father is a retired professional chef. My mom made (and still makes) everything from scratch: pie crusts, puddings, icings and more, and my dad is the taste tester! Anything boxed or commercially made was not allowed in our home. It is because of this upbringing that I wish to continue the tradition and make available to you the freshest, made from scratch baked goods.

Our daily lives are hectic and it's very easy to stop by a grocery bakery and pick up a store made cake or cookies but there is significant difference in taste and quality. I welcome you to try my products and savor the experience. Once you taste the difference you'll come back for more... Simply Homemade!
